Wayne is the founding principal of Kittelson & Associates, Inc. and offers over 35 years of both national and international experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering, highway design, public involvement, and transportation research. He serves in various leadership roles for the Transportation Research Board and is an invited member of a policy-level advisory panel for the Federal Highway Administration. He regularly teaches transportation-related courses at universities around the nation and also within training programs sponsored by a number of state DOTs.
