Thomas Haist

Tom Haist has extensive experience in many PennDOT regulatory programs, including highway occupancy and access management, utility facility highway occupancy, LOGO and TODS signing, Scenic Byways, oversize-overweight vehicles, and outdoor advertising control. He has developed and provided programmatic training state-wide to state and municipal government staff. Tom has also assisted the implementation and revision of numerous statewide policies and regulations.
