Ryan has extensive experience working with several Departments of Transportation, including Oregon, Washington, California, Florida, Maryland, and Arizona. He has drafted for civil, traffic, structural, architectural, and telecommunications engineering projects. Ryan has extensive experience with drafting Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) to improve traffic flow; this has involved working with traffic cameras, changeable message signs, and traffic monitoring stations. Additionally, Ryan has completed training and received certification as ODOT temporary traffic control plans designer and ODOT traffic signal construction inspector.
