Ryan has served as a transportation engineer in a diversity of projects for public and private clients throughout Florida. He studied civil engineering and transportation systems at the University of Central Florida, where he worked in conjunction with the Florida Department of Transportation toward the development of Intelligent Transportation System strategies to manage congestion and improve safety on freeways. He has worked as a transportation consultant to both private and public industries with a primary focus in traffic operations and transportation planning. Ryan’s other areas of expertise include traffic simulation, travel demand forecasting, and traffic mitigation strategies.
