Rosalie Zuckermann

Technical Writer

As a longtime writer, Rosalie channels her passion for storytelling into every endeavor. From technical guidance to public outreach, she pulls out compelling narratives for engineering and lay audiences. She values applying her extensive background in academic, journalistic, and creative writing to projects that make real-world differences, such as improving pedestrian and bicyclist safety and building more accessible transit systems. After honing her skills as Kittelson’s first Technical Writing Intern in 2024, Rosalie joined the Creative Services team as a Junior Technical Writer. She will graduate from Lewis & Clark College with an Honors degree in English in May of 2025 and settle into the Portland office full-time shortly thereafter. With prior copyediting experience and a penchant for grammar and punctuation, Rosalie has a keen eye for detail and enjoys combing through documents to make them clear and consistent. One of her favorite parts of her job is crafting articles that educate the public on relevant transportation topics for Streetwise, Kittelson’s online newsletter. In her spare time, Rosalie can be found painting, dancing, backpacking, writing poetry, and doing improv comedy, not to mention playing a mean game of Scrabble.
