Rebecca earned her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Portland. She has experience working on projects across the country and enjoys enhancing communities and solving unique challenges with sustainable, innovative, and accessible solutions. Since joining Kittelson, Rebecca has enjoyed working on a variety of transportation projects, including traffic operations analyses, signal design, conceptual design, and bicycle and pedestrian safety analyses. Outside of the office, Rebecca loves traveling, swimming, hiking, and biking. It is also likely you will find her cooking, drawing, and binge-watching movies and shows.
