Becca engages with staff across Kittelson’s offices to define effective internal communications strategies that align with Kittelson’s values and maximizes the firm’s most valuable asset: its people. Becca came to Kittelson with a background in public relations; she holds a degree in communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has experience in executive writing, employee listening, intranet strategy, communicating with a dispersed workforce, content creation, and more. She is excited to bring her knowledge and passion to Kittelson and help advance the overall employee experience.
