Rachel Grosso
Senior Planner (She/Her)
Rachel engages with communities across the US to develop safer, more connected, and more accessible transportation networks. She collaborates with agencies to build and maintain systems that support economic vitality, mitigate climate change, and promote healthier transportation choices. Her expertise in integrated planning, research, traffic analysis, conceptual design, community engagement, and project management has contributed to projects that address all modes in a context-appropriate manner. She has helped communities large and small develop successful grant applications for both state and federal funding programs. When she’s not solving transportation challenges with innovative, equitable, and sustainable solutions, Rachel can be found reading, at the gym, or chatting with loved ones.
