Phyllis is passionate about strategic and smart planning that leads to meaningful and positive community, social, and health impacts on people’s daily lives. She brings a diverse range of experience in multimodal transportation planning, with areas of focus including long-range regional planning, multimodal corridor studies, active transportation, transit feasibility and implementation, roadway safety assessments, GIS data development and analysis, equity planning, and community and stakeholder engagement. Phyllis approaches every project with one ultimate goal: to develop realistic, achievable solutions that make it safer and easier for people to travel to the places that matter most to them. Outside of work, you can find Phyllis hiking one of Phoenix’s many trails, acting as dog mom to her two dog kids, and traveling with friends.
