Nick Foster
Principal Planner
Nick is a leader in multimodal safety analysis, planning, and concept design. His experience includes comprehensive active transportation and safety action plans, innovative concept designs, safety-focused research, and community outreach. He has helped agencies ranging in size from state DOTs to small towns develop data-driven and community-based plans and practices. Nick is nationally regarded for his expertise and has given webinars about bicycling, walking, and safety for the Association of Pedestrian and Bicycle Professionals and the Institute of Transportation Engineers. He is also the co-chair of the Transportation Research Board’s Bicycle Transportation Committee.
