Mingmin Liu

Mingmin received her master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in transportation from Purdue University, where her work focused on winter operation and safety analysis for interstates and micro-mobility planning. While at Purdue, she also learned skills to make data-driven decisions for transportation challenges. Before joining Kittelson, she had several years of consulting experience in traffic engineering, developing traffic simulation models, and conducting traffic impact studies. She is an active member of ITE and WTS. Outside of work, she is a dog lover and always enjoys a nice walk with her two playful cream Chow Chows. She also loves travelling and experiencing different cultures.
