Milad Tahmasebi, PhD

Milad is an engineering associate specializing in traffic signal timing and traffic operations. He earned his PhD from Northeastern University, where his research focused on the impact of traffic signals as a speed control tool on multilane arterials and providing geometric designs at unsignalized intersections to enhance safety for all road users. Before pursuing his PhD, Milad accumulated seven years of experience working on various transportation and highway design projects. He has collaborated with multiple state and city agencies. In his free time, Milad enjoys traveling and exploring nature on his bike. He also likes to read and watch movies.
