Transportation Analyst

Max is passionate about designing livable, sustainable cities and is excited to confront transportation challenges regarding safety, sustainability, and equity. He graduated from Brown University with degrees in urban and environmental studies and comes to Kittelson with experience working on transportation projects both domestically and internationally. With an extensive background in stakeholder and community engagement, data and GIS analysis, research, and design, Max focuses his projects on bicycle and pedestrian planning and corridor studies–nothing makes him happier than designing a beautiful map. Outside of work, Max loves gravel biking, trail running, and skiing and he is learning how to do ceramics!
