Matthew graduated from George Fox University in Oregon with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He has a long-standing passion for working in transportation to help solve complex issues and create safer environments for all transportation users. Matthew has worked on a variety of transportation projects, including long-range transportation plans, safety analyses, traffic impact studies, and traffic operations analyses. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys playing pickleball, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
