Matt has a wide range of experience related to long-range planning, travel demand modeling, site impact assessment, and conceptual intersection design. He has worked in a number of states, serving both public and private clients. He is active in a number of professional organizations, most notably serving as secretary of the Unsignalized Intersection Subcommittee of the Highway Capacity and Quality of Service Committee within the Transportation Research Board (TRB).
