Matt has participated in a variety of transportation planning and traffic engineering projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. His experience includes transportation impact studies, transportation system plans, transit system plans, access management plans, and parking studies. Supplementing his professional experience, Matt has practical knowledge of modeling and design software, including Highway Capacity Software, TRAFFIX, Synchro/SIMTraffic, AutoCad, Microstation, and ArcGIS.
