Mark has experience working on a broad variety of transportation planning and engineering projects in Idaho, Oregon, Montana, and California. His project experience includes traffic operations analyses, safety analysis, bicycle and pedestrian planning, long-range transportation planning, and conceptual design. Mark enjoys working with transportation professionals and members of the public to find solutions to the complex, and often challenging, transportation-related issues that face our communities.
