Lucia Andrew

Lucia is an engineer with experience in transportation engineering and traffic operations. She has a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of North Florida and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dar es Salaam. As a licensed professional engineer in Florida, Lucia is passionate about making transportation systems safe and efficient. Lucia’s project experience includes signal retiming, arterial corridor management, safety studies, transportation research, and interchange access requests. In her free time, Lucia enjoys cooking and walking.
