Lauren Nuxoll
Senior Engineer
A native of Idaho, Lauren earned her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Boise State University, where she was an active board member for the American Society of Civil Engineers’ (ASCE) Student Chapter. Her dedication to ASCE has earned her numerous accolades, including being named one of ASCE’s Top Ten New Faces of Civil Engineering and ASCE SIS’s Civil Engineer of the Year. Currently, Lauren serves as an ASCE Region 8 Governor. With Kittelson, Lauren manages transportation impact studies, traffic operations, signal design, illumination, signal timing, and concept design work for roadways, interchanges, and intersections. She is also an avid volunteer and leader who enjoys playing soccer, kickball, basketball, contact flag football, and softball. When not on the field or cheering on Boise State football, you’ll find her enjoying the outdoors through camping, hiking, rafting, or snowboarding with her family. In 2024, Lauren’s husband was reassigned to the Hill Air Force Base in Utah. Lauren and her family relocated to the Salt Lake City area where she will continue to support the Boise office.
