Kenneth Sernach

Kenneth “Kenny” Sernach graduated from Oregon State University with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and worked in semiconductor manufacturing for a number of years before he earned a post baccalaureate certificate in accounting from Portland State University. Kenny began his accounting career working for a local firm in Lake Oswego, where he obtained his CPA license. Kenny’s experience with local CPA firms has allowed him to work on a wide array of tax and attest projects. He has experience with various tax returns and with ASC 740 provision for income taxes. He has worked on financial statement audits and reviews, and employee benefit plan audits. Kenny volunteers on the board of the Hamlet of Beavercreek in rural Clackamas County, which serves both as a Community Planning Organization (CPO) and as an organization to support local community building.
