Kelly Fearon
Senior Engineer
Kelly Fearon is a senior engineer and project manager with experience in planning, transportation engineering, and traffic operations. She has a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Washington and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware. A licensed professional engineer in Florida, Kelly is passionate about working with communities to identify context-sensitive transportation solutions. She has worked with various multidisciplinary teams focused on achieving Vision Zero through plans, policies, and programs. Kelly’s project experience includes safety action plans, corridor planning, and transportation impact studies. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys biking around the Tampa Bay area.
