Keisuke Harry

Keisuke graduated from Oregon State University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He has over six years of experience. Prior to Kittelson, he spent the last five years as a roadway designer working on civil site and 3D roadway design. His project experience includes traffic control, erosion control, ADA, and general roadway design. Keisuke continues to work on a variety of roadway projects, including roundabouts, conceptual planning, and alternatives analysis.
