Kate Sosa, PhD

Dr. Kate Sosa has over 15 years of experience in the human resource development and strategic planning field. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as Walt Disney World, government agencies, and multiple businesses and universities. Kate has a doctorate in human resource development and a master’s in business administration. She is also certified as a Franklin Covey Speed of Trust Facilitator and has earned the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.  Kate truly believes her personal mission statement is to utilize her creativity and passion to assist others to reach their fullest potential, always through a lens of enthusiasm.  Kate loves musicals, happiness, and spending as much time as possible with her amazing family!
