Juliet has two decades of experience as a community planner and has worked with communities throughout New England, with particular expertise in land use management and multi-modal transportation. She received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in Regional Planning from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She lives in Newburyport, MA with her family, where she enjoys volunteering for her community and getting outdoors on foot, bike, and boat as much as possible.
