Juan holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, with a focus in transportation, from Portland State University. Prior to joining Kittelson, Juan interned with the City of Hillsboro Engineering Department, gaining valuable experience in roadway maintenance, construction inspection, data collection, and AutoCAD Civil 3D. Outside of work, Juan volunteers with Western Farm Workers Association, helping farm workers and low-income workers.
