John brings over 30 years of specialized experience in transportation planning, engineering, and design. John’s focus areas are corridor traffic operations, intersection and traffic signal design, and multimodal subarea planning. John has served as the project manager for regional transportation plans, corridor plans, access management plans, and parking plans. He has also prepared the traffic signal design plans for over 100 traffic signals, roadway and intersection widening plans for arterials and state highways, and signal timing/transit signal priority settings for traffic signals. John combines planning concepts with engineering principles and incorporates multimodal best practices into constructible designs that enhance our communities and are cost-effective to build.
