John has provided computer-aided drafting design and production services for engineering projects for over a decade. He has graphically conveyed a variety of transportation planning and traffic engineering concepts on hundreds of transportation planning and traffic engineering projects. He has been integral to the production of Temporary Protection and Direction of Traffic (TP&DT) plans and traffic signal designs. He has created dozens of TP&DT plans for a number of projects and drawn hundreds of signal design plans. He also provides AutoCAD and GIS design services and support to Kittelson’s offices firmwide.
