Jessica Josselyn
Principal Planner

Jessica’s passion is helping people—an endeavor she fulfills as a transportation consultant through client interactions, community engagement, and mentoring. She holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering but discovered early in her career that transportation planning was where she most wanted to focus and apply her technical training. Jessica has spent a majority of her planning career supporting city, state, and federal agencies in preparing multimodal corridor studies, as well as long-range plans and regional plans. To every project, she brings a specialization in agency coordination and public engagement.
Outside of Kittelson, Jessica enjoys creating memories with her family and friends. She also has a heart for helping families and children in crisis and volunteers with foster organizations.
