Jessica Josselyn
Principal Planner
Jessica’s passion is helping people – an endeavor she fulfills in her work as a transportation consultant through client interactions, community engagement and mentoring. Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, but she discovered early in her career that transportation planning was where she most wanted to focus her technical training and its application. She has spent a majority of her planning career supporting cities, state agencies and federal agencies in the preparation of multimodal corridor studies, long-range plans and regional plans. She brings to all of her projects a specialization in agency coordination and public engagement.
When not helping to solve the country’s many transportation issues, Jessica spends her time creating memories with her family and friends. Most importantly, her favorite color is lime green!
