Fred Wismer
Associate Engineer

Fred has served on numerous public agency projects locally and internally as lead transportation project engineer for more than a decade. His exceptional civil three-dimensional (3D) skills have served the general public and many clients by communicating transportation designs through 3D visualization techniques. Fred is involved in APWA, chairing the Portland Luncheon Committee and co-chairing the conference, First Timers Program. He is an adjunct professor at George Fox University, teaching Autodesk Civil 3D for engineers, and is a staff adviser for the senior class capstone project.
