Dorret is an Associate Administrator for Kittelson based out of Baltimore, MD and serves as the firmwide Administrative Lead. In her 16 years with Kittelson, she has touched on every partner staff role in the firm and is using that experience to improve our administrative processes so all staff across the firm have a good experience and can focus on what they do best. With her enthusiastic can-do attitude, strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, she supports firmwide efforts, project teams, and offices in the North-East in their daily operations, while also solving bottlenecks along the way. Photography has been her life-long passion and she contributes on a regular basis to our social media and website outreach, local project reports, and headshots. She even has had her photos featured in advertisements for traffic calming for the Baltimore City Department of Transportation that were displayed on the Baltimore Charm City buses.
