Chris White
Senior Principal Planner
Chris White has 20 years of experience in vehicle electrification strategies/roadmaps and deployment planning for federal, state, and local governments; associations; utilities; and private companies. She brings a human-centered approach to all her clients and projects so that people who will use battery and fuel cell electric vehicles are part of the planning process. Chris is co-chair of the California Air Resources Board’s Advanced Clean Fleet (ACF) Outreach Committee and is a member of the National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO) Freight Electrification Advisory Committee and the US EPA’s West Coast Collaborative Steering Team. She’s also a board member of the Sacramento Clean Cities Coalition. Outside of work, Chris is an active volunteer in her city—she is chair of the West Sacramento Economic Development and Housing Commission, administrator of the West Sacramento Foundation, past president of the West Sacramento Chamber of Commerce, and regularly volunteers with the Yolo Food Bank. She recently helped the Yolo Food Bank win grants and incentives to deploy two battery electric trucks and charging stations.
