Cesar Hirschy-Reyes
Transportation Analyst (he/him)
Cesar’s work is guided by the idea that to make a neighborhood safe, sustainable, and comfortable, its built environment must exist symbiotically with its people, their norms, emotions, and identity. He is a United States Army veteran and a double Tar Heel with a bachelor’s degree in geography and a master’s degree in city and regional planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His background and education have given him skills in research, community engagement, GIS, and transportation modeling. Using this, he seeks to advance safety and mobility in transportation infrastructure while ensuring a community’s voice is heard. Outside of work, he is a proud cat dad and enjoys indoor gardening, golfing, and exploring DC with his partner.
