Transportation Data Analyst (He/Him)
Azy earned his master’s degree in electrical engineering from North Carolina State University (NCSU) in 2019. Prior to joining Kittelson, he served as a graduate research assistant at the Institute for Transportation Research and Education (ITRE) in NCSU where he took part in various transportation projects in the areas of road, rail, and water. Azy was actively involved in device development using state-of-the-art technologies, like LIDAR, GPS, Bluetooth, IMU, and his graduate thesis was titled “Characterizing Driving Behavior by using LIDAR and GPS through Traffic Stream Models.” Azy has experience handling Bluetooth data and other probe data sources, and his area of focus is data automation and analysis. Apart from his professional activities, Azy loves to cook, watch movies and TV, and hang out with friends. His favorite sports are cricket, racquetball, table tennis, and swimming.
