Alex Garbier
Senior Engineering Associate (He/Him)

Alex received his Master’s in Transportation Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, where his work focused on the intersection of engineering and planning and was also where he explored a completely healthy fixation with travel time reliability. Since joining Kittelson, he has developed expertise working with large, often imperfect, datasets to inform a range of project types, from large area safety analyses, to freight management, and estimating active transportation demand. In addition, Alex brings a unique set of skills for considering trade-offs and funding decisions developed through prior work in economics and government budgeting. Outside of work, he enjoys getting outside and getting in a run whether the weather cooperates or not.
