Aishwarya Sharma

Aishwarya joined Kittelson after completing a master’s degree in civil engineering from Purdue University. With the transportation industry evolving through the emergence of electric vehicles (EVs) and connected and autonomous vehicles (CAVs), she has developed a keen interest in this cutting-edge domain. While in grad school, Aishwarya worked under the Center for Connected and Automated Transportation, where she was involved in various research projects that revolved around this domain. She is also passionate about active and multimodal transportation, finding data-driven solutions to problems, and leveraging artificial intelligence and technology to optimize traffic flow and transportation networks. Outside work, Aishwarya loves exploring new cuisines, going on adventures through travel and hikes, and expressing her creativity through painting.
