Position Summary
As a Junior Project Accountant, you will play an integral role in supporting our Project Managers (internal clients), external clients, and peers to ensure accurate and efficient invoicing that meets project and client needs. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for learning and problem-solving in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
· Assist with the setup of new projects within our accounting system.
· Prepare and generate accurate project-related invoices.
· Process invoices through client portals or direct email delivery.
· Ensure all required documentation (timesheets, expense reports, project materials) is included with invoices.
· Collaborate with internal teams to clarify billing details and resolve any discrepancies.
· Coordinate monthly project status updates.
· Connect regularly with peers to learn best practices and expand your skills.

Compensation and Benefits
· Competitive hourly rate: $24.03 – $33.65/hr, eligible for overtime.
