Kylie holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a minor in mathematics from James Madison University. She first gained a passion for transportation through her greenway system capstone project. Since then, she has worked on a variety of projects including operations and alternatives analyses, conceptual design plans for roadway intersections (including roundabouts), multimodal corridor studies, and traffic signal management plans. Kylie enjoys both engineering and planning projects, and is passionate for improving safety and accessibility in communities that are affected by her work. She easily defines herself as a people-person and uses that skill to connect with clients and the public. Kylie has experience in AutoCAD, Synchro, Sidra, ArcGIS, Microstation, and SketchUp, as well as skills in technical writing. Outside of work, Kylie can be found spending time with her new puppy as well as playing music and watching HGTV.
