Kelly has experience with a variety of transportation planning and engineering projects throughout Oregon, Washington, Maryland, and Florida. She is skilled in transportation impact studies, transportation system plans, roundabout design and review, transportation demand management, sub-area corridor planning, and project research. Supplementing her professional experience, Kelly also has practical knowledge of modeling and design software, including Highway Capacity Software, Sidra, TRAFFIX, Synchro/SIMTraffic, ArcGIS and AutoCad. In addition, she is well-versed in multimodal transportation with a background in ped/bike planning, multimodal data collection research, and corridor assessments. Kelly’s nationwide experience has provided her a comprehensive perspective and broader understanding of transportation challenges and opportunities.
