The Tucson office, established in 1993 as Catalina Engineering, joined KAI in 2005. KAI Tucson provides engineering services in the areas of traffic operations, highway design, research, and software development. A staff of 14 professionals, led by Jim Schoen, have distinguished themselves through technical excellence in transportation engineering and research and unsurpassed service to clients.
